I am a psychiatrist with 11 years of experience, working with people aged 18 to 50. Most often people come to me with anxiety, depression, somatoform disorder, bipolar affective disorder and personality disorders (including borderline personality disorder)
Over the years of practice I have gained diverse experience — it helps me approach each person flexibly rather than following a single template
In treatment I rely on the principles of evidence-based medicine and choose therapies whose effectiveness has been confirmed by research. In addition to working as a psychiatrist, I have solid knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy — this allows me to take a comprehensive approach, combining medication and psychotherapy

It is important to me to build a trusting, non-judgmental relationship with no 'uncomfortable' topics, as this often becomes the foundation on which further treatment is built

In my opinion, my visit to psychotherapist D.O. Gorbunova went excellently! I enjoyed talking with the doctor, she was extremely polite. I sensed her professionalism — it's clear she is a competent specialist. I came with a few complaints. The doctor saw me at the scheduled time and spent about an hour with me, which turned out to be enough. Diana Olegovna talked with me and ran some tests. I can say that I felt comfortable with her. I got the impression that the doctor was genuinely interested in solving the problem. She asked clarifying questions to better understand the situation. In the end, the specialist wrote out the medication course and dosages and explained everything about the treatment in detail. I think it's still too early to judge how effective the therapy is. Diana Olegovna's manner seemed extremely friendly; she puts you at ease and inspires trust. She explained things in sufficient detail and in an accessible way. I got answers to all my questions.
